About the Opportunity

This is a full-time Residential Iron Installer role located on-site in Las Vegas, NV. The Residential Iron Installer will be responsible for providing visiting multiple residential customers daily to install a variety of ornamental iron projects. They will also interact with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely job completion, and excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Working with your supervisor daily to understand the days schedule and work needs.
• Preparing all items before you leave the shop to go to customer jobsites.
• Completing all aspects of installation with finished steel projects.
• Working with customer to ensure satisfaction, diffuse customer concerns, and collect payment upon completion.
• Completing daily paperwork and submit all required documents and photos recording job completion, progress, etc.
• Following all safety protocols, ensuring you promote a safety first culture, and reporting all safety concerns in a timely manner.

About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will need at least 3 year of installation experience in the ornamental iron field is preferred.

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Attention to detail
• Ability to speak and understand English clearly, bilingual is a plus.
• A valid driver's license
