About the Opportunity

As we continue to expand our ornamental iron and structural steel company, we have an exciting opportunity for motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV on a full-time basis. Be part of our high-energy, dynamic, and motivated project management team!

As an Construction Project Manager, you will need to be professional, well received by customers and staff, and enjoy working with people, solving problems, and succeeding in all phases of your life. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Review of proposals, contract, and design drawings to ensure familiarity with project requirements.
• Work with-in house detailing department to produce all require drawing to project specifications.
• Communicate with customers to develop and meet schedules and project needs.
• Release for fabrication drawings to internal departments to meet project schedule.
• Prepare cost reports for projects.
• Prepare billings and change orders for projects.

About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will need at least 2-5 year of structural steel/miscellaneous steel fabrication and construction experience. You must also possess a valid driver's license.

• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
• Proven follow up and follow-through
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to handle information confidentially
• Extensive experience in cost controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new programs quickly and efficiently
• Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
