About the Opportunity

LV Iron & Steel is looking for a full-time Sales Director based in Las Vegas, NV.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the sales team towards achieving the company's sales targets and strategic objectives.

We offer a unique opportunity to spearhead innovative sales strategies in a dynamic market, ensuring LV Iron & Steel remains at the forefront of the industry.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and directing the sales team's performance
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on promotions and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring of new Sales Representatives
• Overseeing training and development of sales staff
• Preparing sales budgets and projections
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators
• Ensuring CRM system is effectively used and maintained
• Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging markets

With your leadership, we aim to not only meet but exceed our ambitious sales goals, fostering a culture of success and excellence within our team!

About You

To qualify, you will need proven years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in the construction industry, especially with ornamental iron, is a plus but not essential.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
• Recruiting, guiding, and mentoring sales representatives
• Advanced planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
